Study on Slotted Random Multi-access Protocol with Two-dimensional Probability

For the research on the packet transmission characteristics of the slotted random multi-access system, the previous study had explored the frame structure design and access channel mode of the message transmission. Considering the daily increase of network load, in order to further improve the system throughput performance, this paper proposes a two-dimensional probability access (TPA) model, moreover, uses the average period analysis method for conducting the mathematical analysis. In the end, the theoretical analysis and computer simulation results show that the system throughput value is significantly enhanced compared with the original system.
