Research on the safety assessment of operation of distribution network based on the timing characteristics

Distribution network is a kind of development mode of smart distribution network in the future. It is an effective method for efficient use and optimization of resources. The comprehensive evaluation of grid operation is of great significance to the safe operation of power grid. Based on Smart Grid D400, introducing economic, quality, safety and cleanness as four indexes, it builds a comprehensive evaluation index. Based on the evaluation methods of fuzzy theory, gravity method, and the weight value determination method of analytic hierarchy process and entropy, it establishes a comprehensive evaluation model combining qualitative and quantitative. Through the analysis of Siping Grid application verification, research shows that comprehensive evaluation index data is easy to obtain, and this model can accurately reflect the actual characteristics of the grid operation.
