Simulation of the pulse voltage converter power part

The method of modeling of the SEPIC converter power part in the MicroCap program based on the creation and study of pulse and continuous converter models is considered in this paper. The aim of the pulse model research is to determine losses in the power elements and the total efficiency of the converter. The research of the converter dynamic properties by means of the continuous model allows one to define its adequacy by comparison with the real prototype. The resulting models give the opportunity to evaluate the characteristics of the SEPIC converter power part at the stage of its development.
