A realistic study of user behavior for refining web usability

In today's growing world of technology internet has become very important and websites play a vital role in the success of any e-business. Websites are most effective when they provide proper content and ease of use to their users. User behavior keeps on changing and web developer or designer not think according to user's behavior. This paper presents a survey done for making the website design efficient from the perspective of the user. The results obtained from the survey provides the user's point of view with respect to various parameters which can help improve the user's experience. This result can also help in designing guidelines to enhance different elements of the GUI.
