Maturity models in cybersecurity: A systematic review

Cybersecurity is a process that involves prevention, detection and reaction or response, and must include a learning element for the continuous improvement of the process itself. This study aims to determine the most used models of cybersecurity maturity. For this, a systematic review of studies published from 2012 to 2017 was carried out. Finding 201 articles that mention the different maturity models from which 12 primary articles were selected, identifying the most used models. Finally, it was observed that there are not many maturity models focused on cybersecurity.
