Shaft Vibration Monitoring System for Rotating Machinery

Monitoring of rotating machinery plays an essential role in industry. The basic software and hardware structure of the shaft vibration monitoring system of rotating machinery is introduced in this paper. The vibration signals caused by different reasons were analyzed. The national standard is based on vibration vibration velocity amplitude as the evaluation standard, but can not determine what is the cause of the abnormal vibration. By experiment we made analysis method of acceleration frequency or acceleration envelope frequency, amplitude and frequency setting monitoring, to determine the cause of the abnormal vibration of rotating machinery.
