SQH-SQW InGaAsP/GaAs (/spl lambda/=0.81 /spl mu/m) single-stripe laser with 4.3W CW power

This paper reports a 4.3W CW output for InGaAsP/GaAs SCH-SQW laser emitting at a shorter wavelength (λ=0.8lμm) which provides the possibility of the application for solid state laser pumping.
