Performance Analysis Of Neuronal Learning Models

This paper deals with analysis of performance of neuronal learning models during the conditioning process. The Hebb model, Sutton and Barto model, and the most recent trace (MRT) model are analyzed. The performance of die neuronal learning model is based on the rate of synaptic strength modification the rate of change in neuronal response, and the number of required reinforcements before the neuronal adaptation. The performance for the above models are compared to demonstrate the superiority of the MRT model. The classical conditioning is simulated using the three models to verify the theoretical analysis. This type of analysis is useful in evaluation of learning capability in neuronal plasticity models.
