Acknowledgments could just as accurately be called “gratitudes.” The development of the 5×5 and this book wouldn't have been possible without the enthusiasm, skepticism, creativity, and curiosity of my students and clients. I'm enormously grateful to them. The cliché that the best way to learn a subject is to teach it could not be truer. We learned together. We shared frustration and disappointment and mistakes. We also got results that mattered. Their energy and ingenuity was humbling, impressive, and exciting.
