Research on the “three-in-one” innovation dynamic mechanisms for the university science parks, universities and enterprises in Jilin Province

The speed of economic development in China became lower in 2012, as a large manufacturing country, although it has paid more attention on innovation since 2005, there is still a great gap in innovation ability compared with developed countries. As an important source of innovation, we believe the universities and university science parks in Jilin Province haven't played their roles sufficiently in innovation. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the the commercialization of the universities' research findings and in the development of the university science parks in Jilin province. In order to resolve the problems, the paper puts forward the “three-in-one” dynamic mechanism, explains its connotation and features, and suggests four mechanisms: Reciprocal symbiosis mechanism, trust mechanism, emergence mechanism and cultural mechanism to realize the common development of three parties and promote the local economy.
