Algorithms of data forecasting in industrial telecommunication system of environment control

The algorithms for processing and forecasting data on the levels of polluting emissions produced in the course of industrial environmental control are described. The different options for systems of neural network forecasting and recovery results of time series data preprocessing based on the wavelet transform are presented.
