Abstract:
This paper is focused on the performance analysis of the Sidelobe Blanking (SLB) system with non-coherent integration in the presence of white Gaussian noise and jammer entering through the antenna sidelobes. In the blanking region, closed-form performance probabilities, in terms of the generalized Marcum Q -function, are derived for arbitrary correlated, possibly non-identically distributed fluctuating target and/or jamming returns. Finally, several numerical results are given and the effects of typical SLB parameters are discussed.
