The Problems and Countermeasures for Implementing Green Building in China

This paper introduces the situation and the importance of green building or energy-saving building in China, the existing problems of the energy-saving buildings in design stage, construction stage and assessment process were indicated separately according to related references, the countermeasures for the problems were put forward separately one-by-one.
