Approach of Graphic BPEL Workflow Debugging

This paper focuses on designing a remote graphical debugging process mechanism. With this debugging process mechanism, users can debug the BPEL process in the graphical interface, set breakpoints on the active graphical elements; using single-step operation, resume operation and suspend operation in the interface. By the remote interaction with workflow engine, users can look up the execution of the process in a convenient and intuitive graphical view, track the execution path and attain the variables' information in the process running period. Users are also allowed to correct the processes' error, which helps to verify the correctness of the workflow.
