Calculation of electrophysical parameters of armchair single-wall carbon nanotubes

A number of electrophysical parameters of armchair single-wall carbon nanotubes are calculated. The parameters have been obtained by means of the direct numerical solution of system of the Boltzmann kinetic equations for both the electron and phonon gases.
