Optimal Timing Jitter Rate Multipliers Based on Sampled Fiber Bragg Gratings

We present the design of timing jitter optimal rate multipliers based on fiber Bragg gratings and show by means of numerical simulations that the jitter performance of the designed devices is in close agreement with the theoretically predicted.
