The Electrodynamics Characteristics of Waveguide Partly Filled by Inhomogeneous Photo Induced Semiconductor

The process of interaction between electromagnetic radiation at millimetric and submillimetric wavelength range and photo induced inhomogeneous semiconductor plasma is considered.
