Testing: closing the loop through verification and validation of procedures

Testing through validation ensures usability and operational correctness. Specialists independent of the procedure writer validate procedures using one or more methods: simulator, mock-up, walk-through, table-top, actual use, or reference. Testing of the whole procedures system is provided by feedback from a requirements database, periodic assessments of management programs, trainers, and users.<
