80+ GBit/s ETDM systems implementation: an overview of current technologies

This presentation will show recent advances in the fields of ultra-high speed micro-electronic and electro-optic component technologies has made possible the implementation and successfully demonstration of experimental ETDM-based optical transmission systems at bit rates in excess of 80 Gbit/s.
