Comprehensive Performance Evaluation of the Unmanned Bulldozer based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

The unmanned bulldozer is a new type of construction machinery developed rapidly in recent years. The comprehensive performance evaluation of the unmanned bulldozer is the key to improve its quality and efficiency. Traditional evaluation methods have the problems of subjectivity and limitation, so a scientific and effective evaluation method is needed to improve the evaluation accuracy. Based on the Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, this paper establishes a hierarchical structure model containing multiple indexes and utilizes fuzzy mathematical theory for evaluation by combining the characteristics of unmanned bulldozers. By analyzing and calculating the actual data of unmanned bulldozers, the weights and evaluation results of each index are derived and applied to the comprehensive performance evaluation of unmanned bulldozers. The weighting results obtained above are analyzed through MATLAB, and the radar chart is formed by different weights under the same coordinates, and the specific evaluation scores are obtained through the calculation of the radar chart area. The research results show that the Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method can effectively evaluate the comprehensive performance of unmanned bulldozers, and provide a scientific basis for optimal design and improvement.
