The lining-cutting robot system's control technology

The paper introduces the control architecture and control methods of a novel lining and cutting system: the Lining-Cutting Robot System. The system adopts modular design, and it can be decomposed in to six modules: the main control computer, the measuring system, the robot system, the lining system, the cutting system, and other assistant equipment. The system takes full advantage of the computer interfaces' functions, which make the huge system's hierarchy clear and make the system easy to design. The success of the system has important reference value for the design of industry robot system.
