Breaking the light barrier: adding velocities beyond the speed of light

This paper demonstrates that although no single physical object may travel beyond the velocity of electromagnetic radiation, i.e., the speed of light, it is possible, based upon the two postulates of Einstein's special theory of relativity, that velocities can indeed be added to travel beyond the speed of light. Using examples by Mr. Einstein himself, it will be clearly established that this is true if one understands the dichotomous nature of time-a "relative" and a "real," i.e., temporal synchronicity, time component of universal events. Although Mr. Einstein was correct in his assessment of information transmittal in "relative" time, i.e., constrained to the velocity of electromagnetic radiation, he neglected to include the "real" time simultaneity of universal events as developed in this paper.
