When you receive the "IEEE Member Digital Library Limit Exceeded" message, it means that your file cabinet already contains 25 documents for the current month and you cannot add any more documents until the first day of the next month.

Two possible outcomes for this message are:

·      You may be able to purchase the document through IEEE Xplore®’s single article purchase program. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see if there is a Buy This Document button.

·      You cannot purchase the document because it is an IEEE standard or an IEE (Institution of Electrical Engineers) article. IEEE does not sell these documents through IEEE Xplore®.
