To purchase a document:
Browse or search to find an article or paper.
Select the Full Text PDF or "Buy this document now" link to initiate the purchase process.
A second window will open, placing the selected item in a shopping cart.
To complete your purchase, select Proceed to Checkout from the shopping cart.
For security purposes, you will be required to login at Checkout with your IEEE web account.
After checkout is complete you will have instant access to the article.
You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.
Return to IEEE Xplore, and select the Purchase History link to access the document.
You will have 5 days after purchase to access this document.
