OpenURL is a standardized syntax for organizing bibliographic metadata and identifiers in a URL and transferring that data between information services.

IEEE Xplore supports the OpenURL standard 1.0. Links are enabled between unsubscribed content in IEEE Xplore to a library's resolver (the "link server") leading users to appropriate access to the institution's resources.

• Brief Abstracts
• IEEE Book abstracts
