IEEE Journals Library Plus is an online subscription providing businesses unlimited access to the full text of all IEEE journals, magazines for the current year plus the previous two years, as well as limited article downloads of journal articles older than three years and conference articles. It also provides download access to 5 applied physics journals published by the AIP/AVS. Subscribers can view, print, and file documents to their workgroup's electronic file cabinet for easy collaboration.

A subscription to IEEE Journals Library Plus can be purchased for $24,995 USD. Note: IEEE Standards, Educational Courses and IET articles are not included.

As a purchaser of an IEEE online product, you are entitled to the full search capabilities offered by IEEE Xplore.

Subscribers have 12 months to use their downloads. Unused downloads will be forfeited at the end of the 12 months.

A link to your organization's shared file cabinet appears on each page in IEEE Xplore once you authenticate as an IEEE Journals Library Plus user.

All documents downloaded to the file cabinet will be accessible for a minimum of 12 months from the subscription start date. In order to maintain the file cabinet beyond the 12 months, a renewal of IEEE Journals Library Plus is required.
