Subscribers have 12 months to use their downloads. Unused downloads will be forfeited at the end of the 12 months.

A link to your organization's shared file cabinet appears on each page in IEEE Xplore once you authenticate as an IEEE Computing Library user.

All documents downloaded to the file cabinet will be accessible for a minimum of 12 months from the subscription start date. In order to maintain the file cabinet beyond the 12 months, a renewal of IEEE Computing Library is required.
