The IEEE Publications Department provides authors and co-authors an opportunity to purchase reprints of their articles published in IEEE Periodicals.

2. How do I subscribe to a publication?

3. How can I find out the status of my paper?

If your paper has not yet been accepted for publication, please contact the editor-in-chief of the publication to which you submitted your article. If your paper has been accepted for publication, please send e-mail to: trans@ieee.org or your staff editor and we will provide the status.

4. I have read a published paper and I think there are errors in it. Who should I contact?

5. Would you please send me an author kit?

The most up-to-date version of our "Information for Authors" kit, including templates for creating papers and all forms, is available for download on our Tools for Authors website at http://www.ieee.org/organizations/pubs/transactions/information.htm.

6. Is there a template available for my specific publication?

The IEEE provides LaTeX and Word templates that can be used for all final submissions. Some publications do provide information to their authors that is more specific than the IEEE's general guidelines and in some cases customized templates and instructions are provided as well. 10. My address has changed. How do I ensure that a copy of my paper gets mailed to me?

Send an e-mail to trans@ieee.org or your staff editor stating the title of your paper and your new address.

Send a blank e-mail to keywords@ieee.org to receive a list of suggested keywords.

12. My paper is not in IEEE Xplore. When will it be posted?

If your paper has been accepted for publication, please send e-mail to: trans@ieee.org or your staff editor and we will provide the status.
