An LMI approach to robust stability of linear delayed systems

In this paper, a new stability condition is proposed for linear systems with time-varying perturbations and time-delays. By using the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, we give a method for determining the stability bound. Compared with existing results, this approach is less conservative.
