Using Web-based tools to manage classroom learning and communication

This paper reports on Sun Microsystems' effort to use Web-based tools to deliver, manage, facilitate, and evaluate traditional classroom learning and communication. The functional components and benefits of the Web-based tools are described, as are possible enhancements to Web-based tools to manage classroom learning.
