McCulloch-Pitts neuron with directional couplers

The advantages of the directional couplers make from the McCulloch-Pitts neuron model a performed neuron. Using two levels of voltage (V/sub 1/ and V/sub 2/) separate the neuron inputs in excitatory and inhibitory.
