Precession Frequency and Switching Time of the Magnetization Vector in the Spin-Valve Active Layer With Perpendicular Anisotropy

In this letter, the dynamics of the magnetization vector of a free layer of a spin-valve structure with perpendicular layers anisotropy is simulated. Arbitrary direction of the applied magnetic field is considered. The critical characteristics of the switching and precession of the vector magnetization for the read head of the hard disk, magnetoresistive random-access memory, spin-transfer nano-oscillator, spin-valve biosensors, and the stochastic neuron p-bit used to implement probabilistic spin logic are calculated.
