An electronic system for integrated management of patients' data and radiological images

An electronic system that was developed for integrated management of patients' data and radiological images is described. The system consists of two low-cost workstations and is able to digitize conventional radiological images through a high-resolution camera. Early experiences show that the system can be an effective aid for the radiologist in diagnosis and department management.<
