Congestion management methods with a special consideration of FACTS-devices

In this paper three different congestion management systems are described, which are established in the liberalized market. A basic idea how to integrate load flow controlling devices (e.g. FACTS-devices) in these congestion management systems in order to assess the necessary profitableness is presented and example simulations of these integration are performed.
