Analysis of noise parameters sensitivities of microwave amplifiers with respect to bias

In this paper we analyse the evolution of noise performance sensitivities of microwave amplifiers with respect to bias. Analytical expressions for the noise parameters have been given, together with equations relating small-signal equivalent circuit element to the bias.
