Digital library construction information technology application and practice in campus library

From traditional library to a modern one, the opportunity is coming for the campus library because the technology of computer science, networking, communication and information processing is advancing. A campus library, especially for a university that hopes to become well known, should develop its digital library construction strategy. The paper considers how the USTC (University of Science and Technology of China) campus library has made great progress in its digitization program with information technology.
