Current-mode CMOS circuits design based on current threshold-controllable technique

This paper discusses applications of the threshold-controllable switch. The operations of the current transmission switch used to realize threshold-controlling circuits are established. The current-mode CMOS Schmitt circuit is designed. By adopting the current summation signal and threshold-controlling technique, the current-mode CMOS full adder with a simple structure is proposed. The simulation with PSPICE proves that the designed circuits have correct logic function and ideal characteristic.
