The modeling of the HF signal structure in the vicinity of the maximum usable frequency of a randomly-inhomogeneous ionosphere

Mixed integral representations for a two-point propagator are used in a numerical simulation of the mean intensity, the angular spectrum, and the scintillation index in the neighborhood of the boundary of the shadow zone at oblique ionospheric propagation of HF radio waves.
