The Transportation Active Safety Institute’s (TASI) mission is to advance autonomous vehicle technology and intelligent transportation systems to enhance safety and mobility. TASI’s primary goal is to conduct world-class research, development, and performance evaluation of connected and automated vehicles and transportation safety technologies through partnership with academia, industry, government, and research organizations globally. The vision is to become a prominent academic research center recognized internationally for its unique and distinctive research and scholarly activity in the field.
