EMC society constitution and Bylaws changes

From time to time, amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws of the EMC Society are required in order to maintain their relevance and to align them with the organizational structure of the Board of Directors. The amendments shown below were approved on 27 October 2018 by the IEEE EMC Society Board of Directors and are submitted to the IEEE Vice President, Technical Activities, for approval. In accordance with the procedures for amending the Constitution and Bylaws, they are being published here. These amendments become effective 30 days after publication unless ten percent of EMC Society members object. Comments or objections may be sent to frank.sabath@ieee.org.
