New adaptive cosine-Walsh transform and its application to nuclear data compression

The fast algorithms to calculate a sequence of adaptive cosine-Walsh transforms aimed for the compression of multidimensional nuclear data are defined. The influence of the transform degree on the compression efficiency is studied.
