On Phase Folding in Random Phase/Frequency Modulation for Noise Radar

When analyzing the generation of noise radar waveforms with constant amplitude, the random phase term must be treated very carefully due to its folding in the unambiguous interval (-π,+π). This letter contains a clarification, as well as an alternative generation method.
