International comparison of a pulse calibrator used in high voltage impulse calibration

Measurements on a pulse generator, which was made and characterised by NML, Australia, have been made at NRC in Canada and PTB in Germany. The calculated and measured peak values agree to /spl plusmn/0.5% and the front times to /spl plusmn/2.5%.
