EMC Europe 2017 in Angers, France – “where modernity meets tradition”

For the first time, EMC Europe was organized in France. It was an honor for us and for our nice and small (150,000 people) city, Angers, to be chosen by the International Steering Committee for this “premiere”. The symposium was held at the ESEO Graduate School of Engineering, about 15 minutes from downtown, in a very modern building (completed in 2012) offering all required facilities. The national research laboratory IETR (Rennes, France) contributed to the organization of the symposium.
