Sentiment analysis on Twitter posts: An analysis of positive or negative opinion on GoJek

Online transportation, such as GoJek, is preferred by many users especially in areas where public transport is difficult to access or when there is a traffic jam. Twitter is a popular social networking site in Indonesia that can generate information from users' tweets. In this study, we proposed a system that detect public sentiments based on Twitter post about online transportation services especially GoJek. The system will collect tweets, analyze the tweets sentiments using SVM, and group them into positive and negative sentiment.
