Terahertz CMOS transceiver for tera-bps wireless link

Since ultrawide-band can be used for communication in terahertz, ultrahigh-speed communication with terabit-class data rate can be realized. We realized the terahertz communication using CMOS technology. In this paper, we discuss technology and prospects of CMOS terahertz communication.
