DOES all the literature on Managing Technology and Innovation (MOT) leave us confused and wondering, just how to go about implementing MOT? Do we understand the mindset changes that practicing MOT requires? Many books, thousands of academic papers, editorial commentaries in professional journals, conferences, workshops, forums, a host of academic programs provide guidance on how to manage technology and innovation. Yet, we see little application at any management level.
