Development of a remotely operated submarine vehicle

This scientific work is to describe the study and development of an underwater remotely operated vehicle ROV type, as well as an interface for control, sending and receiving data. It also studies how to implement new applications for using ROVs with equipment embedded analysis of physical-chemical parameters of water, and the use to perform underwater inspections through the use of high-definition cameras. Then, it explains how to develop an automatic controlling system depth to simplify the operator's work, and make it easier and more accurate data collection at different levels of depth.
