Development of compressor type ozonator based on dielectric barrier discharge

The paper presents compressor ozonizer for processing of liquid media. The ozonator reactor is made on the basis of flat electrodes with glass-enamel dielectric coatings. The concentration of ozone is controlled by the built-in spectroscopic ozone meter. The experiments on saturation with ozone are carried out in a tap water. The achieved concentrations of ozone in aqueous medium showed the effectiveness of elimination of various microorganisms.
