Numerical solution of dynamic measurement problem by volterra polynomials

The paper demonstrates the possibility of the Newton-Kantorovich method application to numerically solve the Volterra polynomial integral equations of the first kind. The specific features of the studied nonlinear equations make it possible to specify an initial approximation for the iteration process represented by solving the respective Volterra linear equations of the first kind. The method convergence is illustrated on the model equations of the second and third degrees. The paper presents the specific features of the numerically solved studied equations with a fixed length of a mantissa in the machine representation of a floating-point number. The practical part of the research is concerned with the application of the developed algorithms for the measurement of a blade lean of a horizontal-axis wind turbine with a synchronous generator.
